I took a few minutes today and browsed through the owner’s manual for my car and found several helpful hints that I didn’t know about before. For instance, I didn’t know I could turn the “Change Oil” light off without ever changing the oil. I know that’s not recommended, but I know I can do it now if I ever want to.
The owner’s manual also tells you where to find the vital fluids and parts underneath your hood. It tells you which fluids to use for refilling and what to look for if you think the fluids are leaking. The manual also tells you how to tow a trailer with your car, change a tire and many, many other important things you need to know about your car.
So if you don’t know where the owner’s manual is for your Nissan, call your local Nissan dealer or your local NJ dealership. It won’t be an exciting read, but it could save you some time, worry and frustration in the future.
